Many would say that this is one of the best traditional Ukrainian dishes you can taste however, many visitors are amazed by its unique nature. Still, don't knock it till you try it! Holodets are a dish that resembles jelly but is made from frozen broth with meat pieces in it. The majority of the time, it's made of pork leg and hooves.
